Not normally one to complain about a retail store but wow. Placed an order for pick up, super easy, it was ready super quick, and all was well until I got there. Upon arrival, I checked in and the guy brought out my stuff. I said “hi, how are you” when he approached - he didn’t even look at me or respond. I thought, no big deal. He then threw my groceries in and I was honestly too taken back to say anything. When he was done, I said “thank you have a great day.” And again, he didn’t even look at or acknowledge me. I get it we all have bad days, but if I did that at work, I’d be written up or fired.
I do enjoy shopping at Target and their customer service is amazing. I purchased a star for my Christmas tree and accidently forgot it at the check out. My son-in-law went back later in the day when I realized. They had found it and pulled it for me. What a relief. Thanks to all the wonderful employees at Target! You are appreciated!
At 8:30 they closed self checkout and only one lane open. Line was out to produce. I asked a clerk if they could open another lane or self checkout and was told no because they are worried about stealing. In Lone Tree. At 8:30 on a Thursday on 12/21 with plenty of staff sitting around. Real smart
My order was canceled today, so I re ordered the exact item, and they marked it out of stock. It was still in your front desk area. It's not that hard to look for items.
This is something that always happens when there's one or 2 items available. I go to the stores, and I find the items within seconds of being at your store.
Very convenient pickup process. Just drive up and they load in your car. BUT living in an area where there is a bag fee I NEVER take the bags when I pickup but always get charged for them anyway. Very annoying!
Just terrible customer service and processing all around! I bought a pair of Beats earbuds and the right bud was defective. The return was fine, but was supposed to have 3 more in stock to do an exchange and didn’t have any. So I’m told to go to another nearby location they have 6 in stock. So I put my order in ahead of time and go to pick it up on the way home and over an hour later it’s still not ready for pickup! Now I know it says it can take up to two hours, but that’s ridiculous! It was early in the morning with not many customers yet, and 3 Associates at the pickup counter were standing there doing nothing! Just talking amongst themselves! I ask if someone can go back and grab one I’m kind of in an hurry and don’t want to be here all day, and they told me no. They told me to “do more shopping and it will be ready within another hour”! So I went back to electronics and the guy is stocking and opening boxes and can’t help either! Why? Can’t stocking be done before doors open? Terrible customer service! Something that should take 5 mins takes 2 hours to march it 20 yards across the store??? If it wasn’t locked behind glass I could have grabbed one myself and took it to the counter and be out in 5 mins! Just ridiculous!
I would give zero stars if I could - I had a
medication sent to this target who said they filled the prescription and after waiting 30 minutes in line to pick up they said they didn't have my medication in stock despite having accepted and filled my medication. Now because of this (the fact i wont have this important med) i now need to go to urgent care because target didn't exercise due diligence. The worst pharmacy I’ve ever used.
I was shopping for my Christmas dinner and entered the self checkout line when I began to hear an employee by the name of Nick yelling something at a customer. I didn’t think much of the commotion until I was at the Self Checkout Machine when Nick approached me. He began to get closer and closer to my stuff when eventually I asked him if I could help him with something. Right after I asked him he began to yell “who am I” “Who am I” so I got scared and said “I don't know” Nick then responded by throwing what seemed to be Jolly Rancher at my feet and proclaimed “bodda boom badda bing, its a candy man thing!” After he did that he slouched over and did some sort of weird run with both hands behind his back yelling about whatever a Naruto is. I will never be shopping here again😡. Unprofessional…
